Ivan Terestchenko
November 3, 2020 to January 30, 2021

In 2008, Ivan Terestchenko left Paris to settle in the Landes region, first in the countryside, then by the sea in Guéthary. It was here that he discovered the world of surfers, which had a revelatory effect on him. Fascinated by this hedonistic sacralization of beauty and youth, he took up surfing and was adopted by this community.

This new life is accompanied by a change of artistic direction. Ivan Terestchenko is a renowned photographer. In 1989, he published his first images in Vogue magazine, soon followed by collaborations with numerous magazines around the world, including the famous The World of Interiors.

Over the years, Ivan Terestchenko has photographed the interiors of numerous personalities from the worlds of art and fashion. In 2009, a year after Yves Saint Laurent’s death, he immortalized the homes of the couturier and Pierre Bergé, for Robert Murphy’s book Les Paradis secrets d’Yves Saint Laurent et de Pierre Bergé.

In 2013, the book Intérieurs Couture unveils the intimacy of the greatest fashion designers.
